A misiurka. A sort of helmet popular in the 15th through 17th century

War hammers known as obuszek (or nadziak) from the 14th through 15th Century. It was considered more deadly than a Polish Sabre. the King even went so far as to ban it because of the frequent duels of the Gentry.
